Can FSI set up a library from scratch?

Yes — completely. We scope every project individually, from a basic barcode-and-scanner configuration right through to a full new library with shelving, furniture, signage, a catalogued collection, and RFID-enabled hardware. We've done it all.

Do I need to be an FSI customer to access the Marketplace discounts?

Yes — the FSI Marketplace and Complete Library Service are exclusively available to active SmartSuite or TV4Education subscribers. Sign up to either product (or both) to unlock access to all partner discounts and the Complete Library Service. Does FSI charge for the Complete Library Service?

How long does a typical library project take?

It depends entirely on scope. A basic software and barcode setup can be live within days. A full RFID overhaul with new fit-out and collection development is a multi-week project we'd plan carefully with you. FSI manages the timeline so you're never left chasing progress.
